Quality & Construction The Summer Weight Mini is crafted from one layer of quadruple-woven gossamer gauze — lightweight and breathable, perfect for warmer months and warmer climates. 100% GOTS certified organic cotton, fair trade woven in an eco-friendly sustainable mill and ethically sewn in India by adults who are paid a living wage. Unbleached organic cotton gauze in our natural color, or low-impact GOTS certified dyes — nothing harmful touches this blanket at any step of the process. Choose the personalization option to add a name or initials embroidered beneath our sweet heron in your preferred font and thread color — Script, Block or Modern one of Gray Heron's tasteful thread colors. Gray Heron weaves our muslin in quadruple layers, twice as thick as a swaddle blanket. All-season blankets are crafted with two "quad gauze" layers and summer-weight blankets use a single layer of our muslin.
Wash cold and dry on low. Always care for your blanket according to these guidelines to optimize softness and ensure years of use. Use oxygen whitener, not bleach, when needed for lighter colors.
