All orders that do not need embroidery placed Monday through Thursday are shipped within 72 hours of receipt from our fulfillment center. Orders placed Friday after 11am through Sunday evening will ship the following Monday.  

Please allow for 5 business days to complete & ship an embroidery order. However, we try to expedite when possible and oftern embroidery orders ship within 72 hours. 

We ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS and use standard ground shipping.  Customers may choose to pay for Priority or Expedited shipping which is offered at a cost. Orders ship from Boston, so please account for transit time to your address. Shipping charges are determined after discounts and before taxes.

Please note that for purchases exceeding $100.00, Gray Heron ships for free to addresses in the 48 continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Military APO/DPO/FPO addresses.
