Quality & Construction The All-Season Stork Blanket is double the thickness of our summer-weight Mini — four times thicker than a traditional swaddle — made from two layers of our gossamer gauze in quadruple weave. Substantial enough for year-round use, breathable enough to keep a newborn perfectly comfortable through every season. Crafted from 100% GOTS certified organic cotton — fair trade woven in an eco-friendly sustainable mill and ethically sewn in India by adults who are paid a living wage. Unbleached organic cotton gauze in our natural color, or low-impact GOTS certified dyes for Petal Pink and Sky Blue — nothing harmful touches this blanket at any step of the process. Extra space has been thoughtfully included for embroidery beneath our sweet stork. Gray Heron weaves our muslin in quadruple layers, twice as thick as a swaddle blanket. All-season blankets are crafted with two "quad gauze" layers and summer-weight blankets use a single layer of our muslin.
Wash cold and dry on low. Always care for your blanket according to these guidelines to optimize softness and ensure years of use. Use oxygen whitener, not bleach, when needed for lighter colors.
