We created our first 40" x 40" Mini in 2021 after hearing from our customers. Although there are plenty of standard muslin swaddle blankets with varying degrees of softness and most in standard in pesticide-laden cotton claiming to be "all natural," the people who love our blankets wanted a smaller version of our oversized throw. No muslin compares to Gray Heron gauze. It is hands-down softer than any other muslin on the market. It is made of GOTS certified organic cotton. The texture is perfect and our subtle and sophisticated colors make the Mini stand out from the crowd.
Some were welcoming new babies into their nest. Others wanted a blanket for air travel. Still more wanted a gift for someone in a wheelchair. Whether flying overseas or tucking around a baby in a stroller, our first Mini was an instant hit.

In 2022, we created an All-Season Mini adding embroidery in pink, glacial sage, and navy. We made summer-weight Minis in the same color and the response has been incredible. Coming in late May 2023, we will introduce Lake, Oat, White, Glacier Gray and Natural in our Mini Size. They will be offered per usual, in both Summer-Weight and All-Season.
